Each week seems to speed by faster than the one before. This week I used an image I had from some point in my work - I'm not sure when. The rick rack represents my mother and grand mother who both used it in their sewing. As the haiku states I am going back like an archeologist into layers of objects and memories accumulated during a long lifetime. I love seeing on television the archeologists bent over and using brushes to free objects from the earth. There's something very devotional about that activity.
